I am always impressed with the services that Fusion provides us. We have done business with them several times and I always am pleased with the work and pricing. There is true value in what they do and how they treat their customers. Their guys are always clean-cut and mindful of their surroundings. I will continue to use them for my electrical jobs in the future.
Everything about my experience with Fusion Electric was professional, positive, clearly communicated, and thoughtfully done. I needed my job done within the week in order to schedule my tile guy and Fusion started the next day and knocked it all out. They were very courteous about being quiet while my twins napped and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. I will always use them for my electrical needs!
I have used Fusion at least a half dozen times now to support an ongoing renovation project. Most recently, intermittent loss of power without the breakers tripping was the problem. In short order, Sean found the problem which was located in the power supply box from the utility pole. Called PEC who arrive promptly and discovered a loose main power supply connection with legacy arcing. It was a fire hazard! Had this not been discovered, I could have come home to no home! Great customer service and even better-experienced technician with Art as our repairman. We were in an emergency situation and they responded with an immediate phone call answer and dispatch to our home, assess the situation. The work was completed early Monday with the needed parts. I will definitely be using them again. The first on my list
